Policy

$10 Registration Fee

 

Payments are due at the beginning of each month. 50 dollars per month. A late fee will be added after the 20th of each month if dues are not paid.

 

Students attend class once a week for 45 minutes.

 

Make-up classes are available. If three classes are missed without contacting a teacher, you will be automatically dropped from the program.

 

Students should not arrive earlier than 10 minutes prior to class time. Supervision is not provided.

 

Pick up students on time. Classes are 45 minutes.

 

Starting the first week of October, parents and family members are invited to watch the lesson. This opportunity is only the first week of each month. If you would like to see your students progress, you must attend the first week when payment is due. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Dance Recital Information:

 

Date:  TBD Late May or Early June 

 

Costume will be approximately $60, due the beginning of November

 

Recital Tickets, T-Shirts, and Videos will be available to order at the beginning of May.

Clothing and Appearance:

 

Proper hygiene is expected. Please have students wear deodorant and properly laundered clothes.

Bare feet are required for Tumbling, make sure they're clean!

 

No jewelry or decorative hair accessories allowed.

 

Long hair must be pulled back in a rubber band.

 

Wear sweatpants, leotards, or spandex shorts on the bottom and a t-shirt or tank top on top.

 

Ballet shoes are needed for Ballet. Tap shoes are needed for Tap.

 

No smoking, gum chewing, candy or any other food allowed in the studio. WATER ONLY!

 

Special Concerns

 

If your child becomes ill, has a medical condition, or special needs, please notify Miss Taylor or the instructor on Duty. In the event of an accidental injury, parents or guardians will be responsible for any and all medical costs incurred as a result of the injury. PLease make sure the Studio has current emergency contact information.

 

For weather related cancellations, check email or the Dance Centers website.. If school is closed but roads are fine in the afternoon, there will be class. No class if the county is on a Level 2 Emergency.

 

Mats will be cleaned and sanitizer will be used after every class.
